modern window

This is a photographic look on the modern window, not only as an architectural element but also as a reflection of modern times.

It depicts this “hole in a wall” in it´s figurative and plastic form. The slightly abstract approach in this photos are meant to enhance this very same subject.

puzzle convent

The project is a series of 6 photos taken in the S. Francisco Convent in Portimão. They were printed and cut in small 7x7cm squares, that were then fitted randomly onto the sides of 24 wooden cubes to create a picture puzzle.

The idea was to create a building block game in witch the player is presented with some dualities... the fun of the game vs the sadness of the theme, the building blocks vs the decaying ruins.
